PHWin21 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Filipino Player

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the specific meanings described below. Understanding these definitions will help you navigate the rest of the document clearly.

By clicking "Register," depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the PHWin21 platform, you are indicating that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This forms a legally binding agreement between you and PHWin21.

If you are using PHWin21 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. PHWin21 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of an account by a third party.

To use PHWin21, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. PHWin21 does not accept registrations from players under 18 years old.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots, scripts, and automated programs are not permitted to hold PHWin21 accounts.
• You must not be legally prohibited from online gambling in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that using PHWin21 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from PHWin21 or had an account closed by PHWin21 for violations of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for a third party.

PHWin21 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where PHWin21 reasonably suspects a player is under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings generated during a period where age was unverified may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

Each eligible player may hold only one (1) PHWin21 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved. Any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

PHWin21 may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point PHWin21 considers necessary. KYC documents may include a government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

PHWin21 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All supported payment methods – GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard – are processed in PHP with no currency conversion fees applied by PHWin21.

The minimum deposit on PHWin21 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though PHWin21 may apply account-level limits for compliance purposes.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your PHWin21 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or InstaPay/PESONet are typically processed within 5–30 minutes depending on the originating bank.

• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• PHWin21 does not accept deposits from credit facilities used for gambling purposes. This includes credit cards issued by banks that have flagged gambling transactions.
• If a deposit is reversed, disputed, or charged back by a payment provider, PHWin21 reserves the right to cancel any bets or winnings funded by that deposit and to recover the funds from your wallet.
• PHWin21 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit at its discretion, particularly where fraud, money laundering, or account policy violations are suspected.

PHWin21 is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals for all verified Filipino players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible.

PHWin21 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya, and within 1–3 business hours for bank transfers. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. PHWin21 may request additional documents for large withdrawals or accounts flagged for security review.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts and payment methods registered in your name. PHWin21 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• PHWin21 may apply a maximum monthly withdrawal limit for accounts that have not undergone enhanced KYC verification. Enhanced KYC removes this limit.
• PHWin21 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests where fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation.

PHWin21 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms – including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates – which are published on the relevant promotion page. Those specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all PHWin21 promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus per player: Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds: Sportsbook bonuses typically require bets to be placed at minimum odds of -200 (decimal 1.50) or higher to count towards wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise.

• PHWin21 reserve: PHWin21 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time and to withhold or void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse, misuse, or breach of promotion terms is identified.

All sports bets placed on PHWin21 – including PBA basketball, boxing, international football, virtual sports, and all other covered sports – are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules are published in the PHWin21 sportsbook rules section.

• Bets are accepted only while markets are open. PHWin21 may suspend or close markets at any time before or during an event, particularly in response to live developments that affect odds integrity.
• All bets are final once confirmed. PHWin21 will not cancel or amend a bet due to a player changing their mind after confirmation.
• Minimum bet: ₱50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets generally stand. If the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play / live bets are settled on the result at the time of completion of the relevant event or at the end of the period in question. PHWin21 is not responsible for delays or interruptions to live data feeds used for in-play betting.
• PHWin21 reserves the right to void any bet placed using incorrect or erroneous odds. Obvious pricing errors – such as a favourite priced at +1000 due to a technical fault – will result in bet cancellation and stake refund.
• Bets suspected of exploiting arbitrage opportunities, match-fixing, or corrupted events may be voided at PHWin21's discretion, pending investigation.

PHWin21's casino, poker room, and card games sections are powered by certified third-party game studios and PHWin21's proprietary poker platform. All game outcomes are determined by independent, audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by certified live dealers, as appropriate to the game type.

For poker, the PHWin21 platform enforces the following rules:

• Each player may have only one active seat per table. Multi-accounting to hold seats at the same table is prohibited.
• PHWin21 employs automated anti-collusion and chip-dumping detection. Accounts found to be colluding will be suspended and winnings from collusion may be confiscated.
• Tournament rules, blind structures, and payout schedules are published on the tournament lobby page. Late registration windows, re-entry rules, and add-on policies are stated per tournament.
• PHWin21 takes a rake from cash game pots as disclosed in the poker lobby. Tournament fees are displayed as a percentage of the buy-in.

For live casino and card games, PHWin21 accepts no responsibility for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Interrupted game rounds will be resolved according to the game studio's published disconnection policy.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PHWin21. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bets, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using PHWin21 for any purpose related to financial fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one PHWin21 account per person, per household, or per device is prohibited regardless of purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, creating accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with their stated purpose.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game on PHWin21.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or other software to gain an advantage over other players or PHWin21.
• Chargebacks: Filing false or unjustified payment chargebacks with a bank or payment provider for amounts that were legitimately deposited and used on PHWin21.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to use PHWin21 while under the age of 18.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating PHWin21 staff or other players.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your PHWin21 login credentials. PHWin21 recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

PHWin21 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or social media. Any communication requesting your full password is not from PHWin21. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.

PHWin21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice if any of the following circumstances apply:

• Violation or suspected violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PHWin21 may confiscate any remaining wallet balance related to the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation – such as inactivity or at your own request – any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing.

Players who wish to close their PHWin21 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

PHWin21 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHWin21 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

PHWin21 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of the PHWin21 platform, including but not limited to gambling losses.
• Any loss resulting from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical errors, or third-party service disruptions beyond PHWin21's reasonable control.
• Any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or sports data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PHWin21's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or death and personal injury caused directly by PHWin21's actions.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by PHWin21 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By creating a PHWin21 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

PHWin21 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). PHWin21 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

PHWin21 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of Filipino players seriously. PHWin21 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Your continued use of PHWin21 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using PHWin21 and request account closure before the changes take effect. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of PHWin21 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, PHWin21 encourages players to contact our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and informally through our support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of it being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or court.

Bet settlement disputes must be raised with PHWin21 customer support within 30 days of the event result being published. PHWin21 will not consider settlement disputes raised after this period.
